The Quality at the Best Price

Croatian financial regulator Hanfa has asked Hungarian oil company MOL MOLB.BU to provide further details of its plan for a public bid for majority control of Croatian oil concern INA INA.ZA(HINAq.L: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz). MOL, which holds 25 percent of Croatia's largest energy firm, asked permission from Hanfa to launch a bid for INA last week. The regulator said on Thursday it needed more information from MOL before reaching a decision.
