Marfin Investment Group, the Greek buyout fund whose biggest shareholder is the Government of Dubai, agreed to acquire a stake in a Croatian hotel operator to bolster revenue from tourism in eastern Europe.

Marfin Invest will pay 90 million euros ($142 million) for a 50 per cent stake in Sunce Koncern, according to a statement from the fund on Tuesday. The fund has a two-year option to increase the holding to 75 per cent for an additional 45 million euros, according to the statement.
